How a junk removal job runs

Same order every time, whether it is one load out of a garage or a week of clearing acreage. It keeps surprises off your invoice.

  1. Tell us what is there

    A few photos or a quick description of the pile, the building, or the rooms. Volume and access are what drive the price, so the more we know the tighter the number.

  2. Walk it and quote it

    We look at what has to move, how far it has to travel, and where it can legally go. You get one price for the whole job before anything gets loaded.

  3. Flag anything special

    If there is paint, chemicals, or a unit with refrigerant, we say so up front and tell you which facility takes it instead of quietly putting it on the trailer.

  4. Load it with the right equipment

    Heavy and awkward material gets machine loaded. You do not need to move it to the driveway or help lift anything.

  5. Sort and haul it off
