How a washing job runs

  1. Walk the surfaces with you

    We look at what needs washed, what it is made of, and what condition it is in. You get an honest read on what will come clean and what will only improve.

  2. Test a small spot first

    On anything questionable we clean a test area where it will not stand out. That tells us the right pressure and the right cleaner before we do the whole thing.

  3. Protect what should stay dry

  4. Treat, then rinse

Wash on a cycle and growth never gets established

Algae and mildew do not appear overnight. They colonize a damp surface, thicken, and work into the pores of concrete or the grain of wood. Caught early it rinses off easily. Left for years it takes aggressive cleaning, and some of the staining by then is permanent.
